Spiritus Positive Directions

Positive Directions is a care coordination, information and referral service for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA).
 
We have five teams in Queensland, each with a Care Coordinator (nurse) and a Client Liaison Officer (social worker/community worker) available to assist PLWHA to get connected to a range of social, community, clinical, mental health and nutrition services.  Positive Directions also has a Mental Health Advisor and Nutrition Advisor.

Positive Directions also provides a service to central Queensland, including Bundaberg, Rockhampton and Mackay. 
 
We publish resources, and offer wellness programs.
